Wholesale distribution
We carry new-release and catalog boxed games for current consoles and PC, plus a broad range of accessories: controllers, charging docks, headsets, memory and storage, cables, carry cases and gift cards where the issuer allows regional resale.
Stock is held in two buildings, one in Columbus and one outside Indianapolis. Orders received by 2pm Eastern on a weekday usually leave the same day.
Launch and street-date handling
New releases are where distributors earn their keep. We take pre-order allocations from retailers several weeks out, confirm quantities with the publisher, and ship so product arrives a day or two before street date in sealed, labelled cartons. Retailers sign for street-date compliance once when they open their account.
If a title moves, we tell you the same day we find out.
Merchandising and resets
Our field merchandisers visit stores on a regular cycle to reset sections, put up seasonal displays and check that pegs and bays match the planogram. We also supply and install fixtures for retailers who are setting up a games section for the first time.
Returns and recovery
One returns desk for defectives, damaged-in-transit, overstock and end-of-life product. We test returned accessories in-house, refurbish what qualifies and send the rest back up the chain or to responsible recycling. Retailers get an RA number, a pickup on their next delivery, and a credit memo.
