Launch logistics
Pre-orders allocated early, street-date shipments held and released on schedule, and a clear answer when a title slips.
Merchandising
Planograms, fixtures and a field team that resets stores. Most of our merchandisers have worked a retail floor themselves.
Returns
Defectives, overstock and end-of-life product handled through one returns desk. Credits are usually posted within two billing cycles.
Where we deliver
Our own trucks cover most of the region on fixed weekly routes. Further out we use regional freight partners and ship next-business-day where we can.

About Copperline
We started in 2009 as a small accessories wholesaler working out of a single warehouse in Columbus. Retailers kept asking us to carry software too, so we did. Today we're a team of around 300 people across two distribution centers, a merchandising crew and a head office.
We're deliberately regional. We know the stores we ship to, our drivers know the loading docks, and when something goes wrong a retailer can reach someone who can actually fix it.
